Choose a High Tide or Low Tide private group class, enjoy full use of facilities, and break for a fresh Café lunch. Your group will also receive a tray of tahini bars and protein balls for sustained energy, plus unlimited filter coffee and pots of tea throughout the day. A complimentary private hire space is included for your afternoon session.
