And there’s a studio space perfect for stretching out those limbs, getting some one-on-one coaching with our active PT's, or jumping into a variety of fitness and wellbeing classes that’ll have you feeling all kinds of good.
Memberships: Starting from just £50 a month, you can join our essential membership, giving you full access to the gym.

The rectangle-shaped 16-meter biomass heated pool includes a kids pool and is located beside the Seaside Cafe and leisure lawn.
There’s an outdoor shower, WC and poolside loungers so you can relax with a book or a cold drink in the sun.
The Seaside Cafe is the perfect place for a smoothie, drink or pizza while you relax poolside.
TENNIS
Perfectly positioned with views over the Atlantic our asphalt tennis court is the perfect place to practice your serve or plan a tournament.
Open from 7AM - 9PM, bookable for 1 hour slots.
Tennis rackets and balls are available to borrow from the reception.
Non-resident are welcome to use the tennis courts at £10 per hour.
COWSHED SPA
